Welcome family and friends to a celebratory brunch with the enticing aroma and irresistible flavor of just-baked pastries. From master French pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon, ours are prepared from scratch using his signature recipe and award-winning puff pastry prepared in the traditional French style, using ultrathin layers of yeast dough, folded and cut by hand. Preparation is simple: allow the pastries to rise overnight, then bake and enjoy warm from the oven at their flaky, buttery finest.

Classic Croissants: Authentic French-style handmade pastries have a delicate flaky texture, buttery taste and irresistible aroma.

Chocolate Croissants: Further enriched with a filling of premium chocolate from renowned Belgian maker Callebaut.

Sticky Buns: Rolled with a generous layer of caramelized pecans; packaged in two individual trays of six sticky buns, allowing you to bake smaller batches.

Receiving Instructions

• The pastries ship frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants and sticky buns from the shipping container and place in the freezer, where they will keep for up to one month.

Croissants Preparation

• Place the frozen croissants, rounded side up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with a sheet of parchment paper. Let rise at room temperature (68° to 72°F) for about 9 hours or overnight. The plain croissants should measure approximately 4 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" high. The chocolate croissants should measure approximately 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" high.
  
• Preheat an oven to 375°F. Remove the top parchment paper. If desired, lightly beat 1 egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and, using a pastry brush, brush the croissants with the egg wash. Bake the croissants until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
• Serve warm.

Sticky Buns Preparation

• Remove tray from the box. Let the sticky buns rise at room temperature (68°F to 72°F) for about 9 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake the buns in their tin on the baking sheet until the tops are golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. To ensure even baking, rotate the sheet 180° halfway through the baking time.

• Classic Croissants: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), butter, water, sugar, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner], enzymes).
• Chocolate Croissants: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), butter, water, semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (added as an emulsifier), whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract), sugar, yeast, salt, dough conditioner blend (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner], enzymes).
• Sticky Buns: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid), butter (cream, natural flavor), water, brown sugar, cane sugar, eggs, yeast, rice starch, pectose paste (fructose, corn syrup, water, pectin, natural flavors), glycerin, corn syrup, honey, cinnamon, salt, dough improver (xanthan gum, wheat flour, mono and diglycerides, wheat starch, dextrose, ascorbic acid, enzymes), dough conditioner blend (wheat flour, diacetyl tarteric acid esters of mono-diglycerides, l-cystein, enzyme, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide), natural vanilla extract.
• Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat and soy.
