Receiving Instructions

• Components ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store biscuits at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
• Store unopened marmalade, conserve and piccalilli at room temperature for up to 4 weeks. Once opened, store in refrigerator.
• Store tea at room temperature for up to 12 months.
• Store truffles at room temperature for up to 5 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

Tea

• Heat water to 212°F (100°C). Combine with 1 tsp. tea. Brew for 5 minutes. Add splash of milk, if desired.

• Chocolate Macadamia Nut Biscuits: Flour (wheat flour, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamine), dark chocolate (16%; sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla flavoring), milk chocolate chunks (15%; sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla flavoring), dark chocolate chips (15%; sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla flavoring), salted butter (10%; milk, salt), macadamia nuts (9%), sugar, cocoa paste (cocoa powder, rapeseed oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [emulsifiers]), free-range pasteurized eggs, sodium hydrogen carbonate (raising agent), natural flavoring. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 52.9% minimum. Dark chocolate chips contain cocoa solids 40% minimum. Milk chocolate chunks contain cocoa solids 30% minimum, milk solids 20% minimum.
