• 6 Elegant Brie Appetizers: 3 each of Apricot & Jalapeno, Mushroom & Truffle, and Garlic, Basil & Pine Nut (9 oz. total)
• 2 Fillet Mignon Steaks (12 oz. total; 2 servings)
• 10" diam. Flourless Chocolate Cake (2 lb. 5.5 oz.; 8 servings).

• Brie Appetizers: Hand made from the creamiest brie cheese – buttery and smooth – and fabulously flaky puff pastry, these brie cups are paired with well-balanced and bright savory fillings, including Apricot & Jalapeno, Mushroom & Truffle, and Garlic, Basil & Pine Nut.
• USDA Choice-certified Holstein Beef: Cut to order and individually vacuum-packed, these restaurant-quality filet mignon steaks are favored by top chefs in the San Francisco Bay Area and are quickly becoming renowned around the world. They're sourced from family-owned Flannery Beef – one of only a few purveyors of beef from the Holstein cattle breed. The choice cuts contain just the right amount of marbling to allow them to cook to perfection in just a few minutes.
• Flourless Chocolate Cake: Handcrafted for us from a signature recipe at Sweet Laurel bakery – an artisanal confection company specializing in grain-free and refined sugar-free treats with dairy-free options – this decadent flourless chocolate cake is made using smooth, rich Fair Trade chocolate. A blessing for anyone on a restricted diet, such as vegetarian, paleo or gluten-free – and yummy even if you're not – this deep, dark, fudgy cake, made with premium organic ingredients, can be finished with an optional dusting of house-made coconut sugar, which comes in a separate pouch.

Receiving Instructions

• The brie appetizers ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated. This is normal. Please take care not to touch dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and place in freezer, where they will keep for up to 3 months.
• Steaks ship chilled with ice packs. Packaging can cause steaks to turn a brownish hue. This is normal and is not an indication of spoilage. Upon receipt, store unopened steaks in refrigerator for up to 4 days or in freezer for up to 8 months.
• Chocolate cake is shipped frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store in freezer unopened for up to 6 months, or in refrigerator for up to 8 days. Once opened, store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Serving Instructions

• Brie Appetizers: Can be cooked from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Put appetizers on baking sheet, then place in oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt.
• Steaks: If frozen, thaw completely in refrigerator before cooking. For best results, grill steaks for 10–12 minutes, or cook on stovetop in uncovered cast-iron skillet. We do not recommend cooking in oven or microwave. For even results, split cooking time between 2/3 on first side and 1/3 on second side. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the sauce of your choice, if desired.
• Chocolate Cake: If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Cake is best enjoyed chilled. Sprinkle with coconut sugar before serving.

• Brie Appetizers: Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable fat [palm], salt emulsifiers, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier – citric acid), salt, eggs, raising agent, sodium bicarbonate, beta-carotene. Brie cheese: Pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes. Apricot & jalapeno filling: Dried apricots (dried apricots, sunflower oil, sulphur dioxide, sodium bisulfite & potassium sorbate added as preservatives), jalapenos (brined in water, vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, turmeric). Mushroom & truffle filling: Mushrooms, truffle oil, garlic. Garlic, basil, & pine nut: Garlic, basil, pine nuts.
• Steaks: 100% beef.
• Chocolate Cake: Organic coconut oil, organic cacao, organic eggs, organic date paste, organic maple syrup, organic flaxseed. Coconut Powdered Sugar: Arrowroot powder, organic coconut.
