- Hand-wash interior of kettle with soapy water.
- Hand-wash exterior of kettle with a damp cloth or sponge. Dry immediately. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansers or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Wipe base clean with a damp cloth or sponge.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Rated 3 out of 5 by wayswell from The jury is still out... I chose the copper kettle which is beautiful. I set it up and boiled the first pot. Water flooded the counter and no water in the pot. I tried numerous times and realized it was the kettle and not user error, so back it went. The second pot arrived. For the most part it keeps the water in the kettle, sometimes coming out the holes in the lid as another reviewer mentioned. This pot has a bad pour, it hardly comes out then it glugs and splashes everywhere. This time went to Fellow. They have a customer service department of 1 so not very speedy in response, but they are sending a replacement kettle. For the cost of this kettle, one expects excellence. That has yet to happen. I had a different brand prior to this that lasted 7 years. I've been looking for over a year for an electric kettle that doesn't have a single piece of plastic inside. This one is it! The lid is all stainless steel on the inside even though it's plastic on the outside. I was reluctant to spend so much money on an electric kettle but know my health is priceless so I did it -- and wow, now I know what money can buy you. This thing feels like a million bucks in your hand. It's beautiful to look at too (I went for the copper, because why not spend a little bit more when you're already totally over your budget?).
