Re-create the delicious results of brick-oven baking with this Emile Henry baguette pan. Crafted in France, the ceramic baker absorbs and retains heat evenly while redistributing the steam produced by the dough as it cooks, releasing excessive moisture through holes in the lid. The individual loaves emerge with classic baguette texture: tender, moist interiors with a light crumb and chewy, evenly browned crusts.

- More about Emile Henry
Emile Henry has been crafting artful kitchen ceramics since 1850, when the French company was founded in a small town in Burgundy. Today, it’s still proudly owned and operated by members of the Henry family. The mineral-rich soils of Burgundy are known for creating wines with unique terroir, but they also yield the special local clays used to craft each piece of Emile Henry cookware and bakeware. The high-fired clay withstands extremely high temperatures while distributing and retaining heat gently and evenly. Artisans hand apply the glazes to create vivid color that looks beautiful in the kitchen and at the table.
Rated 3 out of 5 by bayandy from Works okay for small ‚mini baguettes‘ It works reasonably well baking 3 small mini baguettes, preferably with low-hydration dough. No-knead recipes with high hydration loaves don’t work so well - probably because the openings in the lid and the lack of a good seal between form and lid, don’t allow steam buildup. Fit and finish of the Baguette Baker are a bit disappointing compared to other Emile Henry products. I had to return the first one because the lid did not fit, it was sliding and wobbling and showed gaps between the form and the lid. The lid of the second baker still does not fit like on my other Emile Henry bakers, but it is usable, I think. The color looks different, compared to other Emile Henry bakers in the Williams Sonoma blue. It is more of a dull, dark blue and looks sprayed on, with some overspray and fingerprints on the inside of the lid. But of course this is only a cosmetic flaw, and may not matter to you at all.Date published: 2019-09-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Lorifran57 from Awesome Baker I LOVE this. I just got it last night and even called the company to ask some details on proper use (they are wonderful people on phone). I made GF Baguettes today. OUTSTANDING results. I’m a good cook but this baguette baker is terrific. The GF baguettes came out perfect, and yes when one cooks correctly GF bread tastes exactly like regular bread and will have the same texture when finished. This baker just turned it into one big easy to do.Date published: 2019-08-01Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsRowe from Buy this! It makes ALL the difference! These two baguettes are from the same batch of dough, baked at the exact same time! The top baguette was made in the baguette baker, the bottom was on a regular pan. I even used a pan of water in the oven to provide steam for the pan loaf. The EH loaf is Magic! It’s soft inside with just a crisp shell. It’s French perfection. The bottom loaf is more dense and the shell is twice as crispy. I can’t believe the difference! ♥️Date published: 2019-07-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Shay from Even a novice can!! Such a great baker!! Love this brand. Never made bread before and this gives me confidence to try!!Date published: 2019-03-29Rated 5 out of 5 by tcmac from Great for Bread! I bake fresh sourdough baguettes, french baguettes, even Cheesecake Factory's brown bread comes out excellent in this. Much better than baking on a sheet pan.Date published: 2019-03-03Rated 5 out of 5 by Samster from Best Baugette Baker I love this baugette baker. It is well constructed and beautiful. The french clay really conducts heat well. The baker is designed to provide the appropriate amount of humidity to produce a beautiful crisp crust. The loaves are smaller in size but it holds 3. My bread did not stick to the bottom, however, I used a thin coating of EVOO on the bottom and made sure I sprinkled it generously with flour. I like the recipe book that comes with it.Date published: 2018-08-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauren from Best for Baguettes I just purchased this and have already made six baguettes and they were promptly devoured by my family. I have tried for years to make authentic baguettes that I had in France and to no avail. I am a skilled baker but somehow the baguette has eluded me and they are my husbands favorite. Emile Henry has always been a favorite so I was pleased to see they had some new items and purchased this bread pan. It works wonderfully! The only change I am going to make is to the actual recipe. I am going to try adding a little non-diastatic malt powder to really boost the flavor and make it more authentic.Date published: 2018-07-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Kates dad from Quality bakeware Quality bread This was a Christmas present for the family and the baker in the house. The first attempt was a near disaster due to the bread sticking to the bake ware. A little research, oil and flour solved the problem. Today's baguettes are beautiful and ready to soak up ravioli sauce.Date published: 2018-02-19
