Assorted Brie Appetizers

Whether you're entertaining or just want a delicious nibble, these two-bite appetizers go from freezer to table in just 10 minutes – warm, fragrant and irresistible. Crafted by a family business in Northern California, the flaky puff-pastry shells arrive filled with creamy brie and three types of savory fillings that pair perfectly with wine, Champagne and cocktails.

Apricot & Jalapeño (3): Plump apricots topped with diced jalapeños lend a sweet, spicy finish to the creamy brie.

Mushroom & Truffle (3): Buttery brie gains an umami finish with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and truffle oil.

Basil & Pine Nut (3): Aromatic basil and pine nuts elevate the rich brie with savory flavor and satisfying crunch. 

• Set of 9 includes 3 of each flavor. 
• Each appetizer is 2" diam., 1 1/4" high. 

Receiving Instructions

• Appetizers ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. 
• Upon receipt, store unopened appetizers in freezer for up to 3 months.

Serving Instructions

• Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove appetizers from freezer, place in pie tin or on rimmed cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place on center rack of oven. Bake for 10 minutes, until pastry has browned to your liking. 

• Pastry Cups: Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable fat [palm], salt emulsifiers, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid), salt, eggs, sodium bicarbonate, beta-carotene.
• Brie Cheese: Pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes.
• Apricot & Jalapeño Filling: Dried apricots (dried apricots, sunflower oil, sulfur dioxide, sodium bisulfite [preservative], potassium sorbate [preservative]), jalapeños (brined in water, vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, turmeric).
• Mushroom & Truffle Filling: Mushrooms, truffle oil, garlic.
• Basil & Pine Nut Filling: Garlic, basil, pine nuts.
