• Florentine Quiche: This classic combination of fluffy eggs, creamy Swiss cheese and spinach is seasoned with salt, black pepper and nutmeg, then baked in flaky pastry. (8 3/4" diam.; 2 lb.; 8 servings)
• Hashbrown Pockets: Crispy hashbrown potatoes are filled with egg, cheddar cheese and jalapeño-spiced green chili sauce. (1 lb. 8 oz.; 8 pieces)
• Sausage Cheddar Muffins: Tender sour cream muffins are enhanced with pork sausage, cheddar cheese, egg and seasonings. (2 lb.; 8 pieces)
• French Apple Cake: Chunks of tart-sweet Granny Smith apples are layered with a rich cinnamon-sugar filling inside a tender, buttery, house-made crust. (8 3/4" diam.; 2 lb.; 8 servings)

Receiving Instructions

• Components ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove components from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 1 year.

Florentine Quiche

Thawing Instructions

• Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic cover and place quiche on sheet pan. Bake in oven for 50–55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Hashbrown Pockets

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to bake.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pockets 1"–2" apart on sheet pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Sausage Cheddar Muffins

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to bake.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Place muffins 1"–2" apart on sheet pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.

French Apple Cake

Thawing Instructions

• Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic cover and place cake on sheet pan. Bake for 80–85 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 150°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
