Receiving Instructions

• Turkey ships fresh to arrive chilled. Keep unopened in freezer for up to 1 year, or in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Side dishes ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, freeze immediately. Side dishes will keep unopened in freezer for up to 1 year.

Serving Instructions

Turkey

• Roast at 375°F for 10–15 minutes per pound (if stuffed, add 30 minutes). The temperature check can be done in the deepest part of the breast. Remove from oven and place on a warm platter, then allow 15 minutes to finish cooking with tin foil cover still on, before serving.

Truffle Mashed Potatoes

• Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 60–65 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Corn Pudding

• Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 30–40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Mushroom Risotto

• Defrost for 24–48 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 90–95 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Jalapeno Cheese-Bread Stuffing

• Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Creamy Asparagus and Gruyere Custard

• Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 275°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place on a sheet pan uncovered. Cook for 90–95 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow custard rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Brussels Sprouts Pancetta Gratin

• Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 70–75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10–15 minutes then stir before serving.

• Turkey: Organic turkey, water, sea salt, organic turbinado sugar, and natural extracts.
• Truffle Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes, milk 2% (Grade-A reduced-fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream, black summer truffle peelings, white truffle oil, contains 2% or less of: granulated garlic, salt.
• Corn Pudding: Sweet yellow corn, milk (reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, protein fortified, with added vitamin A and vitamin D), liquid egg (whole eggs, citric acid [to preserve color], 0.15% water added as a carrier for citric acid), enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), brown sugar, unsalted butter, contains 2% or less of: baking soda, salt, vanilla extract.
