Plug into standard 110V outlet.
Use on firm, level surface to prevent tipping.
Keep electric controller dry. Do not use other electrical products on same circuit to prevent breakers from tripping.
Check grease tray to make sure it is mounted under drain hole. Do not operate without grease tray in place.
Empty grease tray after each use.
Inspect heating element tray assembly and heating element at least once per season. Inspect more often with frequent use.
Temperature display on controller indicates cooking temperature across grill surface.
Do not allow grease to build up on grill. Clean regularly to prevent fire risk.
If flare-up occurs during cooking, reduce temperature and close lid. If flare-up continues, turn off grill and unplug power cord.

Turn off and unplug grill before cleaning.
Allow grill to cool completely before cleaning.
Hand-wash accessories. Do not clean in dishwasher.
Wipe controller face clean with soft, dry cloth.
Clean as needed. Using mild detergent or hot soapy water, scrub surface of heating element tray assembly with plastic or brass bristle brush. Make sure no loose bristles remain after cleaning.
Clean cooking grates regularly with warm soapy water or solution of baking soda and water. To remove stubborn stains, use non-abrasive scouring powder. Cooking grates
will become darker over time, which can help improve performance.
Store in protected area or under cover (sold separately).
