Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

For all cutlery returns (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners and knife storage), please contact us at 888.922.4108 to initiate the return.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Only thing I wish I would have bought the one with the caraf for the morning when we want to brew a small pot for both of us. I have 2 other 10 cup with the stainless caraf it makes really good coffee. I keep them handy just in case one quits. But it works for us.

This is a great coffee machine. Got very good ratings in Consumer Reports and they were spot on. Has a really big water reservoir, 72 oz. I believe. Makes the coffee nice and hot. Love the controls and very user friendly options. I recommend this machine.

It is a little noisy and it feels a little awkward when you open and close the lid when putting in the k-cups. Overall the design is more sleek and attractive than the previous model. I would recommend it.

When I saw the Cuisinart premium single server I knew that was what I was looking for. The coffee I enjoy the most could be purchased in a coffee pod and it fits perfectly in the Cuisinart. the coffee tastes great and the brewer is so easy to use. The fact that I could also make soup etc was an added bonus.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a coffee maker this time (I haven’t had the best luck in the past with coffee makers lasting much longer than a year). Not only am I very pleased with the great cup of coffee it brews, it looks very classy sitting on my countertop. The design is great! I’ve never been disappointed in any Cuisinart product I’ve purchased! This coffee brewer is another Cuisinart winner!!

  • I have the Keurig 2.0 & just wanted to make sure that my kcup pods would work in this. Needed to verify because some keurigs use different pods

    Hi Diamb, In order to deliver the perfect cup, mug, or carafe every time, your Keurig® Plus Series or Keurig® 2.0 brewer must recognize the K-Cup®, Vue®, K-Mug® or K-Carafe® pod that has been inserted. Therefore, Keurig® cannot guarantee that pods not recognized by the brewer will work. Look for the Keurig® logo on your favorite pod varieties to ensure a delicious cup every time. However, their My K-Cup® Reusable Coffee Filter accessory is available for purchase separately, and gives you the flexibility to brew the ground coffee of your choice.

    What is the small white plastic piece in the water reservoir? I’m not sure what is in it- is a filter?

    Hi Terri, I've confirmed with both our merchant and our Product Information Team, who've contacted Cuisinart, and they state their isn't a white piece that sits in the water tank behind the black water filter holder.
