Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

This unit brews immediately after turn on and the coffee capsule is superior to the predecessor as it holds more coffee and cleans up easier due to the mesh in the bottom. Good improvements to the design.

I've owned another brand of single serve coffee maker and it was no where near the quality of this Cuisinart brewer. Happy, happy!

We purchased this for Christmas to replace a Keurig that was starting to show signs of malfunctioning. I have to say, even though we've only been using it since Christmas, it seems to be so much better than the previous brand. It takes a little longer to brew, but that seems to give the coffee a better flavor. It's not any more noisy than the Keurig. So far so good!

    What type/size charcoal filters do I get to change the one that comes with it? From where do I get them? The only filters I found on WS don’t have this coffee maker listed as compatible.

    Is this coffee maker compatible with Tassimo T-discs?

    The Cuisinart Coffeemaker are compatible with all K-cups. Tassimo manufacture some of the most popular single-cup coffee makers, a.k.a., coffee pod machines. Using filtered and pressurized hot water delivery systems, these machines puncture and brew conveniently pre-packaged, single-serve cups of coffee, tea, or other drinks. Cuisinart Coffee makers use a K-cup, which has coffee and (sometimes) a creamer inside it, and brews partially according to user input. Tassimo machines are a little different. They read a barcode on their single-serve T-discs that tells them how to brew each specific liquid; drinks that require milk usually call for two T-discs.

    I have the Keurig 2.0 & just wanted to make sure that my kcup pods would work in this. Needed to verify because some keurigs use different pods

    Hi Diamb, In order to deliver the perfect cup, mug, or carafe every time, your Keurig® Plus Series or Keurig® 2.0 brewer must recognize the K-Cup®, Vue®, K-Mug® or K-Carafe® pod that has been inserted. Therefore, Keurig® cannot guarantee that pods not recognized by the brewer will work. Look for the Keurig® logo on your favorite pod varieties to ensure a delicious cup every time. However, their My K-Cup® Reusable Coffee Filter accessory is available for purchase separately, and gives you the flexibility to brew the ground coffee of your choice.

    What is the small white plastic piece in the water reservoir? I’m not sure what is in it- is a filter?
