It comes with a cleaning tool, and the care instructions include hand-washing the lid and bowl, wiping the housing and control panel, and brushing dried dough from the pasta discs. Do not submerge the machine in water. Do not clean the machine in the dishwasher. Let dough dry on pasta discs before brushing it off. Detach removable parts for cleaning, and hand-wash the lid and bowl in warm, soapy water.
