This cake-sized cookie is rich, buttery and studded with chunks of semisweet chocolate. This giant dessert is finished with white icing and rainbow sprinkles.

Receiving Instructions

• Cookie cake ships frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 5 days, in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.

• Cookie cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.

• Cookie Cake: Butter, margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar, whole eggs, egg yolks, vanilla Bourbon extract, whole Madagascar vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, enzymes, folic acid), semisweet chocolate chunks (sugar, chocolate liquor, anhydrous dextrose, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract).
• Royal Icing: Powdered sugar, meringue powder (cornstarch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, potassium acid tartrate, silicon dioxide).
• Sprinkle Mix: Sugar, cornstarch, vegetable oil (RSPO-certified palm kernel oil and/or palm oil), rice flour, soy lecithin, dextrin, confectioners' glaze, gum arabic, cellulose gum, carrageenan, carnauba wax, Red #3, titanium dioxide, Yellow #6, Red #40, Blue #1, Yellow #5.
