Cajun Style Lightly Seasoned Deep-Fried Turkey: Marinated overnight in Geaux Juice, hand rubbed with a secret Bayou Blend of Cajun seasonings and then deep-fried in peanut oil for a perfectly moist and juicy inside with just the right amount of crispness to the outside.

Geaux Juice: A bottle of Billy Howell's original zesty Louisiana Cajun sauce, made from a secret recipe of spices blended with orange juice and a tangy alternative to traditional gravy.

Cornbread Dressing: Prepared with tender, fluffy cornbread and seasoned with onion, garlic, celery seed and spices.

Spinach Madeleine: A rich and creamy Southern favorite, made with spinach, Velveeta cheese, pickled jalapeños, spices and Worcestershire sauce.

Seasoned Mashed Potatoes: Inspired by the ones Grandma serves, these fluffy mashed potatoes are enriched with margarine, milk, salt and pepper.

Carrot Soufflé: A savory-sweet casserole featuring shredded carrots baked with eggs, butter, vanilla and cinnamon.

Sundried Tomato Basil Torte: Perfect with crackers or fresh bread, this festive appetizer features layers of cream cheese, basil pesto and sundried tomato, topped with pine nuts.

Receiving Instructions

• The complete meal is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.

Preparation Instructions

• If turkey is frozen, thaw unopened in refrigerator for 24–48 hours. Remove turkey from refrigerator 2 hours before cooking and allow it to rest in sink with no water or in pan at room temperature. 
• Turkey is fully cooked and needs only warming in the oven before serving. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic from turkey but leave it wrapped in foil. Place foil-wrapped turkey in pan and warm in preheated oven for 30–40 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat.
• Thaw sides unopened in refrigerator for 24–48 hours and prepare according to instructions.
• Cornbread Dressing: Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer dressing to an oven safe baking dish and cover. If frozen, bake for 50–55 minutes; if thawed, bake for 30–40 minutes or until warm.
• Spinach Madeleine: Preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw, stir and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20–30 minutes or until warm.
• Seasoned Mashed Potatoes: Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer potatoes to an oven safe baking dish and cover. If frozen, bake for 50–55 minutes; if thawed, bake for 30–40 minutes or until warm.
• Carrot Soufflé: Preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw, stir and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until dry in the center.
• Sundried Tomato Basil Pesto Torte: After thawing, remove plastic wrap and invert onto a serving plate.
