Founded by Reggie and Kellie Jones in picturesque Paso Robles and honored worldwide, the family-run creamery handcrafts its small-batch cheese using organic local milk, specially selected cultures and artisanal care. This assortment features a trio of the company's most popular varieties, each with a distinctive flavor and style.

• Holey Cow Cheese: This award-winning, Swiss-style cow's milk cheese has a fudge-like texture with a delicate tang, notes of butter and grass, and plenty of petite "eyes." (5 oz.)
• Seascape Cheese: Cow's milk gives this semi-firm prizewinning cheese its smooth texture and browned butter aroma, while goat's milk lends a bright, fruity tang for a delicious balance of flavors. (5 oz.)
• Ewenique Cheese: Made from pure sheep's milk, this hearty Gouda-style cheese is a perennial favorite for its crumbly texture, warm notes of fresh cream and delicate sweetness. (5 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Cheese ships chilled with gel/ice packs.
• Upon receipt, store unopened cheese in refrigerator for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 3 weeks.

Serving Instructions

• To experience full flavor of cheese, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, remove cheese from refrigerator approx. 1 hour prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
• Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning unused amount to refrigerator.
• Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper or waxed paper and store in refrigerator. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.

• Holey Cow Cheese: Pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, vegetarian enzymes, salt.
• Seascape Cheese: Pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized goat's milk, cheese cultures, vegetarian enzymes, salt.
• Ewenique Cheese: Pasteurized sheep's milk, cheese cultures, vegetarian enzymes, salt.
