Olio Santo Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

• Cold-pressed from olives grown in the celebrated Central Valley, this extra-virgin oil has a robust, early-harvest flavor that's wonderful for salads, pastas, grilled foods and dipping.
• 25.4 oz./750ml.

VSOP 25-Year Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar

• Balsamic vinegars like this one are crafted from the pure wine must (unfermented grape juice) of white Trebbiano grapes, which is aged in wooden barrels according to time-honored techniques. Ours is made by slowly simmering the grapes in copper cauldrons, then combining the reduction with older balsamic vinegar to help speed acidification. The blend is transferred to oak barrels, which imbue the aged vinegar with rich aroma, flavor and color.
• 15.5 oz./459ml.

Williams Sonoma Provencal Oil Cruet

• Embossed with an olive branch, our handsome stoneware cruet is glazed by hand and fired multiple times for scratch-resistance. The opaque design protects the contents from light and heat while the stainless-steel spout enables neat pouring.
• Stainless-steel spout has cork base and silicone stopper.
• 3 1/4" diam., 11" high with spout.
• 22-oz. cap.
