Shaped like a wreath, this crowd-pleasing appetizer gets your holiday gathering off to a festive start. It's prepared entirely by hand, frozen for freshness and shipped directly to your door, ready to bake. Featuring a rindless wheel of brie with a cranberry and pecan filling, the savory snack fills your kitchen with the comforting smell of flaky, buttery pastry and rich cheese as it browns in the oven.

Receiving Instructions

• Brie ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months.

Serving Instructions

• Bake from frozen or thaw in refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove brie from freezer, place in pie tin or on rimmed cookie sheet lined with included parchment paper.
• If desired, brush with thin coating of egg white and water to create glossy finish.
• Bake on center rack of oven for 35 minutes (if refrigerated) or 45 minutes (if frozen), until pastry is browned to personal preference.
• Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to plate and serving.

• Brie: Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes.
• Puff Pastry: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour enriched [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], malted barley flour, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), shortening (palm oil, beta carotene [color]), water, vital wheat gluten, salt.
• Filling: Dried cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, salt, cream of tartar.
