Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

  • Rated 2 out of 5 by from Temperamental Grinder - Great Coffee I have used this coffee grinder and maker for over a year. It is a real pain to keep clean and the grinder regularly gets plugged up. This is especially prevalent with Italian and French Roast coffee that tends to be a little more oily. When it doesn't plug up the coffee is great! I did have leaking issues with the coffee maker and have now discontinued use. Love the Breville brand, but this is not one or their better products.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad-bad-bad bought a month ago and what a mistake, it is too tall to fit under the cabinets in my kitchen by 1"; it requires a tremendous amount of cleaning and brushing out between every use, grinds overflow the filter basket. I only use freshly roasted beens and I have tried most every combination of grinds and settings the pot makes a poor cup of coffee. Very, very unhappy...

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t do it! I would consider myself a coffee lover and there is nothing more important to me than a perfect cup in the morning. This machine is not up to the task. The amount of work to clean the grinder and chutes (it really needs to be done every day for maximum performance) and the lukewarm coffee produced makes me so sorry I ever bought this. Don’t do it! My Nespresso machine has gotten heavy use because of the disappointing Breville....

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never buy Breville again After purchasing this coffee maker in 11/2016, it started malfunctioning in 12/2017. The grinder on the coffee maker no longer automatically spins. Therefore, coffee beans will not grind. We keep receiving an error code 001. At this point, we are unable to make any coffee and will need to purchase another coffee maker. It will definitely not be a Breville. We always kept the coffee maker clean and descaled when required. It seems to be a common issue with this specific model. While I loved it at first, I will never buy Breville again. For the cost, it is not worth having a product break down a little after a year after purchasing.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the flavor My daughter knew my grind coffee pot was going out and encouraged me to purchase this, I saw the price and said no. I received it for Christmas from my daughter and son-in-law and love it. I was told that there would be a clogging problem right up front if I didn't use the correct beans and it has clogged a couple times but it is easy to fix. The flavor of the coffee is great! It makes my morning everyday.

It takes forever to brew, the chute always gets clogged, the ratio of water is never equal to coffee, no matter what setting I put it on...just ended up being very annoyed with the machine. Thumbs down.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not easy but worth it Ok, so I was extremely skeptical when buying this coffee maker as of all of the negative reviews but took the plunge anyway. I've only had it a few days but my wife and I are both in love with the coffee that this thing makes. We have tried both the grind and brew as well as some of my wife's favorite coffee which was already ground. I do understand comments about high maintenance and more work but if the end product is better cup of coffee, isn't that the end goal anyway. I guess this is somewhat subjective but if great coffee is the what you want this is worth the little bit of extra work in my opinion.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too high maintenance After getting this coffee maker a few years ago, I have recently decided that I hate it. I have the version with the glass carafe. Here are a few reasons: 1) basket filter design - I don't use the resusable basket so use paper ones, but the paper often folds over and the grinds go everywhere 2) lid on carafe doesn't come off, so hard to clean 3) takes over 7 minutes to brew 1 cup of coffee (versus maybe 4 minutes for a carafe), why the difference and why so long? 4) so messy, seems to take many more beans than it should, and grinds get lost in in the process while mucking up the machine, 5) not smart enough to know when there is no filter in place and brews anyway, leaving a complete mess after brewing. 6) grinder gets stuck sometimes and no beans go through 7) burnt on coffee (from brewing mishap, see 5) does not clean away from the bottom plate easily. I could go on, but I finally decided I hated it enough to get rid of it, and write a review.
