For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

We bought our first one four months ago from an upscale kitchen store. After a couple of pots, the coffee started to smell and had a strong chemical taste. After calling Breville, we found out the machine was new but three years old so we assumed it had been sitting for too long. So we returned it and went to Williams-Sonoma and purchased it again. To our great disappointment, we are having the same issue. We’ve cleaned and deacaled several times. After descaling, the chemical taste goes away for a week or so but never more than that, and the terrible taste returns. This is not a cheap coffee maker so to have to be a slave to it is extremely frustrating. We’ve have several Breville appliances and have been very happy, thus our decision to try the Grind Control. However, it’s turned out to be a massive fail! Save your money and find something else! I really do like it but it is really messy. Every day I have to clean the machine, not just empty the grounds. Not all the grounds go from the grinder to the coffee filter so I am literally throwing away coffee every day. Grounds on the floor, grounds on the top of the coffee pot and grounds on the countertop. But it makes really good coffee and I do like the product. So we originally purchased this machine 3 years ago and it worked fine for the first 12-14 months. Then the code of death appeared and life as we know it was over for this machine. So we called Breville and they accepted the machine for return. In the meantime we had to buy a Cuisinart coffee maker to hold us over. Breville eventually sent us a new one and we were happy for another 12 months or so until the second one had a stroke and died. Same problem. The grinder mechanism is integrated into the brain of the machine and it simply stops working. Its kind of like buying a FIAT; sexy but completely unreliable. So we called Breville again and they sent us a return label. We sent the machine back 6 weeks ago but still have not gotten the case resolved. They need to recall and stop selling these machines.
