They arrive fresh – just drop them into salted boiling water for a minute or two, then serve your pasta with a savory sauce or aromatic pesto, or toss with olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Receiving Instructions

• Pasta ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 40 days. After opening, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 14 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Fettuccini and Tagliatelle: Place in salted boiling water, stir to separate strands and cook for 1–2 minutes.
• Lasagna Sheets: No boiling or precooking required.
