Bought last year as well as bars keeper but have the HARDEST time cooking certain foods because it sticks so bad I spend more time scrubbing pan than I do cooking an entire meal. I have never been able to cook eggs on any of the pans. Any suggestions

Hi JanetP, Unfortunately, cooking on a stainless-steel surface can be challenging. To avoid excess sticking, the below process may help: Heat a stainless steel skillet over medium or medium-high for 2 minutes. Add enough vegetable oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan with a ⅛ inch of oil. Heat the oil until wisps of smoke begin to appear, about 6 minutes. When the oil begins to smoke, remove the skillet from the heat and cool the oil completely. Once the pan has cooled, pour out the excess oil and wipe up the remaining oil in the skillet using a paper towel. You want a glossy sheen left in the base of the pan—that's your nonstick surface. This would need to be done every time the pan is used.

Any implied warranties that may be applicable to All-Clad cookware products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Under no circumstances shall All-Clad be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.
