Rated 5 out of 5 by cmcinc from 12 inch Fry Pan I bought this fry pan in another store only because I had a gift certificate as I love Williams Sonoma. I have no issue with the handle and it cooks wonderfully. I also have the 12 inch everything pan and the lid fits on this one perfectly. I make huge amounts of sautéed vegetables in this pot as well as multiple chicken breasts, etc. I'm glad I picked the individual pieces rather than a set as all my pots get used.Date published: 2017-07-04Rated 4 out of 5 by TeaDrink from Thin Pan I think for the price you pay, it is a very thin pan in general and also compared to 20 years old All-Clad cookware I have seen. The moment steak hit the pan, there was a burnt spot on the fat area. I wish companies, all of them, stop reducing the quality of products they make, and sell something that they could take pride in it and make the costumers happy.Date published: 2017-02-16Rated 5 out of 5 by IamG from Non stick beautifully responsive I love this pan. After simple seasoning with coconut oil, non stick and easy to clean. As responsive and uniform as everyone says. It makes me a better cook!Date published: 2016-10-18Rated 5 out of 5 by Sassymooshu from Ironclad pan Great pan. Heats evenly and easy cleanup. Great looking pan. The pans heat up lightening fast and there are no hot spots, I get beautiful even browning every time.Date published: 2014-08-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Foodtastic from Amazing Pan These pans are amazing. Amazingly even heating and SUPER responsive to changing the burner. This is the perfect pan for frying an egg, hot to set the edge and cools quickly for a slow cook. I love this pan.Date published: 2013-08-12Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsBlondieWife from KEYS TO NOT STICKING I will never buy non-stick pans again. Even the new ones are not worth having; to replace once scratched. Those who are having troubles with food sticking, there are secrets. You will have to use some fat. Fat is less of a foe than cooking with plastics. Here's my cues:The butter (I cook omelettes every am) is ready if it is white foamy when applied. If it looks like milk with no foam, PAN is TOO COLD. If the butter turns brown as you run the cube along the bottom PAN is TOO HOT. You really are looking for that white foamy sizzle.. PAN IS perfect!!! I then take a paper towel, and wipe out the excess..it still looks like there is a sheen of oil on it, but there is no pooling or puddles of butter. And yes, I use butter not anything fake... I suppose an oil would work just as well. My point: any pan really can be non-stick with the proper ( read learning curve) preparation. It was truly hit or miss at 1st.Date published: 2013-05-01Rated 5 out of 5 by Lonnie from Love this pan and not only this pan but all the copper core products. The heat uniformally and clean easily. I now have 6 different copper core pans and they are all excellent.Date published: 2013-01-04
