Preparation Instructions

• Rub 2 tsp. seasoning onto salmon fillets or steaks before baking or grilling.
• Alternatively, blend with safflower oil and use to baste chicken, pork or turkey.

• Kosher sea salt, chile peppers, spices (oregano, basil, coriander), paprika, sunflower oil.
