Our special service provides scheduled delivery, placement in the desired location, unpacking and inspection with the removal of all packaging materials. Use

• For use with liquid propane gas (tank not included).

General grill cleaning:

• Do not mistake brown or black accumulation of grease and smoke for paint.
  
• Apply strong solution of detergent and water or use a grill cleaner with scrub brush on insides of grill lid and bottom.
  
• Rinse and allow to completely air dry.
  
• Do not apply caustic grill/oven cleaner to painted surfaces.

Cooking surfaces:

• If bristle brush is used to clean grill cooking surfaces, ensure no loose bristles remain on cooking surfaces prior to grilling.
  
• Do not clean cooking surfaces while grill is hot.

Stainless-steel surfaces:

• To maintain grill's high quality appearance, wash with mild detergent and warm soapy water then wipe dry with soft cloth after each use.
  
• Baked-on grease deposits may require use of abrasive plastic cleaning pad.
  
• Use only in direction of brushed finish to avoid damage.
  
• Do not use abrasive pad on areas with graphics.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
