• Utah's family-owned Beehive Cheese Company provides all the components for an irresistible meal. Enjoy two kinds of cheese, salami, olive oil crackers, honey, dried figs and almonds.

Month 2, Tour of France French Crate

• We partnered with European culinary experts to select the finest offerings, including fruitwood-smoked salmon, triple-cream brie and pork pâté, as well as authentic French blinis and caviar.

Month 3, Williams Sonoma Italian Pantry Gift Crate

• This Italian-made collection includes aged Modena balsamic vinegar, cold-pressed olive oil, semolina spaghetti, Genovese pesto, Taggiasca olives and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Month 1, Beehive Cheese Gift Crate

• Seahive Cheese: Rubbed with local honey and sea salt, this semi-firm cow's milk cheese has a full-bodied taste with a fruity, sweet undertone. (12 oz.)
• Apple-Walnut Smoked Cheese: This cow's milk cheese is cold-smoked in small batches using local walnut and slices of red apple. It has a subtly sweet and nutty flavor with a hint of smoke. (10 oz.)
• Salami: Delicately flavored salami is seasoned with salt and pepper. (5.5 oz.)

• Daniel Boulud Smoked Salmon: Silky, delicate fruitwood-smoked salmon is made from premium cuts of fresh Atlantic salmon. It's smoked by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse in New York's Hudson Valley using recipes from Chef Daniel Boulud. (4 oz.)
• Brillat-Savarin Cheese: This triple-cream cow's milk cheese is named after 19th-century gastronome and epicure Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. It features a white, bloomy rind with a buttery interior and hints of mushroom, nuts and truffles. (8 oz.)
• Pork Pâté: Produced in small batches in France, this artisanal pâté is crafted according to tradition with the highest-quality pork, onions and spices. (5 oz.)
• French Blinis: These small French-made pancakes are the traditional vehicle for caviar. Enjoy them with trout roe and crème fraîche. (4.8 oz.)

• Spaghetti: Artisanal pasta is handcrafted with semolina flour and air-dried for the perfect al dente texture. (17 oz.)

Month 1, Beehive Cheese Gift Crate

Receiving Instructions

• Cheese and salami ship chilled. Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
• Store salami in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
• Store crackers, honey, dried figs and almonds at room temperature.

Serving Instructions

• Cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Remove cheese from refrigerator 1–2 hours prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
• Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning remainder to refrigerator.
• Cover leftover cheese in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.

Month 2, Tour of France French Crate

Receiving Instructions

• Food ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store all unopened items in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days. Do not freeze.
• Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.

Serving Instructions

• To warm blinis, preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 8–10 minutes until just warm.
• Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper and store in refrigerator. Plastic wrap is not recommended.

Month 3, Williams Sonoma Italian Pantry Gift Crate

Receiving Instructions

• Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
• Store vinegar, olive oil, spaghetti, pesto and olives at room temperature for up to 1 year. Once opened, store pesto and olives in refrigerator.

Serving Instructions

• Cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature.

• French Blinis: Wheat flour, sunflower oil, lactose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, dehydrated egg whites, whole eggs, sodium pyrophosphate (raising agent), sodium bicarbonate, salt, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), water.

Please note that our made-to-order perishable food items are not eligible for next-day shipping – and they cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states or to P.O. Boxes.
