Fruit nectar adds a splash of color and flavor to a glass of refreshing sparkling water. Use the nectar of a fruit that is in season so that you can garnish each drink with a few slices of the same fruit.
Ice cubes as needed
2 cans (each 12 fl. oz.) peach nectar
1 bottle (24 fl. oz.) sparkling mineral water
1 peach, halved, pitted and thinly sliced
Fill 6 tall glasses half full with ice cubes. Pour 1/2 cup of the peach nectar into each glass and fill with the sparkling water. (Alternatively, fill a pitcher half full with ice cubes, pour both cans of peach nectar into the pitcher and stir in the sparkling water.)
Garnish each glass with a few peach slices. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
