Mango-Yogurt Smoothie

Fresh mango, cranberry juice and creamy yogurt, blended together with ice cubes, make a unique and refreshing breakfast drink. Mango is an excellent source of beta-carotene, and both mangoes and cranberries contain vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 cups cubed mango (about 12 oz.)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, yogurt, mango and ice cubes, and puree until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.
