For this spiced brown sugar latte, warm notes of brown sugar and cinnamon blend with velvety oat milk to create a classic yet elevated drink. Created by Nell Diamond, CEO and founder of Hill House, this recipe is perfect for slow mornings, quiet moments, or whenever you want to turn the ordinary into something a little more magical.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Monin Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz./180 ml) oat milk
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions:

In a tall ice-filled glass, add the syrup. Add the milk to the LatteGo Pro cold dispenser and brew using the Iced Latte preset on the Philips Café Aromis 8000. Gently stir, dust with cinnamon, garnish with the cinnamon stick and serve. Makes 1 drink.
