Light and sparkly, this grapefruit treat is a perfect way to kick off a winter dinner party, or serve it as a light dessert after a substantial meal. Use a melon baller to make perfectly shaped little balls of sorbet, which will keep the moscato cold. If grapefruit isn’t your favorite, experiment with other citrus and tropical sorbets to make your own signature fruit fizz.

Ingredients:

  • 3 small scoops grapefruit sorbet
  • 6 Tbs. (3 fl. oz.) moscato

Directions:

Place the sorbet in a chilled Champagne flute, coupe or martini glass. Carefully pour the moscato over the sorbet and serve immediately with a long spoon. Serves 1.
