In that spirit, Williams Sonoma is partnering with Cocktail Courier to deliver kits right to your doorstep that include everything you need to whip up craft cocktails from the world's best professional bartenders. The recipe for this Cinnamon Daiquiri was created by David Perez, bartender at Stubborn Seed in Miami. In his cocktail, the subtle heat of cinnamon blends perfectly with the molasses flavor of the dark rum. It's accented by tart lime and fragrant orange to create a perfectly balanced daiquiri.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 oz. (50 ml) dark rum
  • 3/4 oz. (20 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. (20 ml) cinnamon syrup
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Dehydrated orange wheel for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, lime juice, cinnamon syrup and orange bitters. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with the orange wheel and serve. Makes 1 drink.
