Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen Sweet Potatoes, Set of 2

Spend more time celebrating and less time in the kitchen this holiday season. Inspired by traditional favorites, these creamy and crunchy sweet potatoes are crafted by our in-house Test Kitchen using the finest fresh ingredients. The vegetables are mashed with butter, brown sugar and spices, and topped with pecan streusel. Prep is simple – just heat and serve.

• 2 trays; 2 lb. (8 servings each).
• Easy to prepare – just remove from freezer and heat in oven.
• Shipped frozen.

Receiving Instructions

• Sweet potatoes ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on sheet pan.
• Cook for 75–80 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F as measured by instant-read thermometer.
• Let rest for 10 minutes, then remove foil and serve.

• Baked sweet potatoes, brown sugar, unsalted butter (cream [milk], natural flavor), pecans, liquid egg (whole eggs, citric acid [color preservative], 0.15% water [citric acid carrier]), enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, ground cinnamon, sage, nutmeg.
