Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.

Preparation Instructions
- 1 chicken, approx. 4 lb. (2kg), cut into 8 serving pieces
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 jar 40 Cloves of Garlic Braising Sauce
- Toasted baguette slices or cooked noodles for serving
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Slow-cooker method: In large fry pan over medium-high heat, warm olive oil. In batches, brown chicken all over, 6–8 minutes per batch. Transfer chicken to slow cooker and add braising sauce. Cover and cook on low until chicken is fork-tender, approx. 3 hours.
Oven method: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, warm olive oil. Brown chicken as instructed above. Return chicken to pot. Add braising sauce and bring to a boil. Cover pot, transfer to oven and bake until chicken is fork-tender, approx. 1 hour.
Skim off fat. Remove and discard skin, if desired.
Serve with baguette slices or noodles.
