Shipping Information

For items denoted by the Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery flag: Larger items are shipped via our White Glove Delivery Service and should be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks. For White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice. Please note, delivery does not include installation/hanging of the item. Delivery is by appointment, Monday – Saturday; our delivery service will call to arrange a day. Available in the 48 contiguous states. Please call 888.922.4108 for additional assistance. Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.

With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.

Oversized, very heavy items that ship unlimited flat rate will also incur a delivery surcharge. This additional charge is listed with the product price on the product detail page and also in the shopping cart.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Purchases made with cash or check over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Made to Order items, including custom rugs, Monogrammed/Personalized items, special-order bedding and Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. View Full Returns Policy.
