Jack O' Lantern Four- Layer Pumpkin Spice Cake, Serves 8-10

The perfect treat for Halloween, this jack-o'-lantern features four layers of aromatic pumpkin spice cake and silky cream cheese buttercream. Prepared for us by the expert bakers of We Take the Cake, it's made from scratch using real pumpkin and whole eggs, then decorated by hand with orange-hued vanilla buttercream and festive fondant detailing.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. 
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and place in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving. To avoid color changes, keep cake in its box, out of direct light while bringing to room temperature. 
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice. Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
