Four-Layer Fresh Strawberry Cake, Serves 8-10

Perfect for Mother's Day and other special spring occasions, this eye-catching cake boasts fresh strawberries in every slice. It's made from scratch by the artisans of Florida's We Take the Cake bakery. The towering treat features four tiers of moist strawberry cake, layered with vanilla cream cheese filling and studded with ripe strawberry slices. The naked-style cream cheese frosting lets the pink cake layers show through while a white ganache drip with white chocolate sprinkles provides the crowning touch.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove box from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving. To avoid color changes, keep cake in box, out of direct light, while bringing to room temperature.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice. Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
