Receiving Instructions
- The turkey ships fresh with ice packs to arrive chilled. Refrigerate or freeze the turkey, still in the vacuum-sealed bag, immediately upon receipt; it keeps 7 days refrigerated and up to 3 months frozen. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before roasting and remove it from the bag. Do not leave the turkey at room temperature longer than 1 hour.
- Sides ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days. Pumpkin pie will keep unopened in the freezer for up to 1 month; once defrosted, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Serving Instructions
Turkey
- Defrost thoroughly. To cook, place turkey in a sealed roaster pan or wrapped in foil and cook at a medium temperature (approx. 375°F) for 10-15 minutes per pound (if stuffed add around 30 minutes extra cooking time). Check temperature in the deepest part of the breast. Remove from oven and place on a warm platter, then allow 15 minutes to finish cooking, with tin foil cover still on, before serving.
Classic Mashed Potatoes
- Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, then cover with foil and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 60-65 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Green Bean Almondine
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover tray with foil and bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes in a conventional oven or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Remove foil from tray and serve.
Sausage Cranberry Stuffing
- Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic film, cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 65-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Maple Squash Au Gratin
- Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray then place on a sheet pan. Cook for 55-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Brussels Sprouts in Pancetta Gratin
- Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 70-75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F using a calibrated food thermometer. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes then stir before serving.
Classic Turkey Gravy
- Defrost gravy for 24 hours. Pour into a saucepan and whisk continuously over medium-high heat until gravy comes to a simmer. Serve warm over meat and vegetables.
Cranberry Relish
- To use cold: Defrost for 24-48 hours and serve.
- To use hot: Defrost for 24-48 hours. Pour into saucepan and heat on medium to low. Continuously stir until cranberry relish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
Pumpkin Pie
- Remove from freezer and store inside the box, unwrapped, overnight. An hour before serving, bring to room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container. Do not microwave.
- Turkey: 100% Turkey.
- Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes, milk 2% (Grade-A reduced-fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream, contains 2% or less of: granulated garlic, salt.
- Green Bean Casserole: Green beans, almonds, unsalted butter, contains 2% or less of: black pepper, granulated garlic, salt.
- Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing: Water, breadcrumbs (bleached wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt), celery, yellow onions, chicken stock (chicken bones, water, carrots, onion, celery), canola oil, pork, dried cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil), contains 2% or less of: black pepper, carrots, dried basil, dried parsley, dried thyme, fennel seed, granulated garlic, onion, oregano, sage, salt.
- Maple Squash Au Gratin: Butternut squash, brown sugar, canola oil, apple juice, maple syrups, pecans, contains 2% or less of: cornstarch, enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, unsalted butter, water.
- Brussels Sprouts in Pancetta Gratin: Potatoes, milk 2% (Grade-A reduced-fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream, black summer truffle peelings, white truffle oil, contains 2% or less of: granulated garlic, salt.
