Great for parties and family projects, our easy-to-use kit includes everything you need. It starts with six classic gingerbread people, ready to personalize with dazzling decorations. The soft, spicy cookies are baked from scratch by culinary artisans who combine a traditional recipe with the finest natural ingredients. Kit includes:

• 6 plain gingerbread people (2.4 oz. each)
• Icing mix
• Gumdrops (2.5 oz.)
• Multicolored sprinkles (1.7 oz.)
• 4 packs of decorating sugars in red, green, white and blue (1.7 oz. each).

Receiving Instructions

• Kit ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, remove kit from shipping container and store unopened at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 1 month.

Preparation Instructions

Icing Mix

• Combine 1 pouch icing powder mix with 1 Tbs. water. For best results, mix with electric mixer for 5–7 minutes until stiff peaks form. Pour icing into piping bag and push into tip. Cut small hole in tip of bag. See included instructions for details.
• Cookies are best decorated at room temperature. If frozen, remove from freezer approx. 2 hours before decorating.

• Gingerbread Cookies: All-purpose flour, unsalted sweet cream butter, molasses, sugar, eggs, ground spices (ginger, allspice, nutmeg), pure vanilla extract, baking soda.
• Icing Mix: Confectioners' sugar, dried egg whites, coarse sugar. 
• Gumdrops: Corn syrup, sugar, modified cornstarch, natural flavors, artificial flavors, caramel color, artificial colors (Yellow #6, Blue #1, Red #40, Yellow #5, Red #3).
• Decorating Sugars: Water, sugar, propylene glycol, food coloring (Red #3, Blue #1), modified cornstarch, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
