For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JEHH from Needs More Product Testing I bought for our leg of lamb Christmas Dinner. Removed from packaging and initially it looked and felt like a high-quality device. I was going to use it with a balsamic and red wine marinade/flavoring. I wanted to see how it worked so I filled the filler tube with water and pressed down on the plunger to see how it functioned. The needles we're not in anything (in the air) so there was not even any back pressure like there would be if the needles were in meat. I.e. it would have performed even worse if it was actually in meat and being used for its intended purpose. The filler tube O-ring seal is not snug enough, would not seat in the tube and therefore was not sealed. The product came this way out of the box and I tried to re-seat it, but the O-ring was too slack and pinched every time I tried it. I even tried using cooking oil as a lubricant to help, but that did not work either. This meant that as the plunger was pushed down the water squirted out everywhere from around the filler tube, not through the flavor needles - I am very glad I did not try it out the first time with balsamic and red wine marinade - that would have been a mess! Furthermore, the holes in the bottom of the filler tube are microscopic so that only the thinnest of marinades would even work in this product. Typically, marinades may have minced garlic, pepper, chopped rosemary. Forget using anything else, as nothing but pure liquid would get through these tiny holes, otherwise it would immediately clog.
