Christmas Gingerbread House DIY Kit

The treats Erica Tucker creates for Sweet E's Bake Shop make the scene everywhere in Los Angeles, from neighborhood parties to Hollywood award shows. Tucker brings fun, unique flavors to every recipe – an approach that has made the "Cupcake Wars" veteran a favorite of celebrities. We collaborated with Tucker to make this Christmas gingerbread house kit, which contains everything you need to build the season's most colorful centerpiece. The house features Tucker's delicious gingerbread and comes with plenty of decorations, including royal icing, gumballs, lollipops, candy canes and sour belts in rainbow colors.

Receiving Instructions

• Kit ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 1 month or in refrigerator for up to 3 months.

• Gingerbread Panels: Butter, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger powder, cloves, baking soda, flour (wheat flour, bleached, enriched [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid]).
• White Icing: Powdered sugar, meringue powder (cornstarch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, potassium acid tartrate, silicon dioxide).
• Green Icing: Powdered sugar, meringue powder (cornstarch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, potassium acid tartrate, silicon dioxide), green food coloring (water, corn syrup, glycerin, Yellow #5 [E102], sugar, modified food starch, Blue #1 [E133], citric acid, sodium benzoate [preservative], potassium sorbate [preservative], carrageenan gum, xanthan gum).
• Pink Icing: Powdered sugar, meringue powder (cornstarch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, potassium acid tartrate, silicon dioxide), red food coloring (water, corn syrup, glycerin, FD&C Red #40 [E129], sugar, modified food starch, xanthan gum, carrageenan gum, potassium sorbate [preservative], sodium benzoate [preservative], citric acid).
• Mini Gumballs: Sugar, dextrose, gum base, glucose syrup, glycerin, maltodextrin, modified food starch, Red #40, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, Blue #1, titanium dioxide, confectioners' glaze, carnauba wax, BHT (preservative).
• Rainbow Sprinkle Mix: Sugar (icing sugar, sugar, glucose, dextrose), RSPO-certified palm kernel oil, cornstarch, soy lecithin, carnauba wax, tapioca dextrin, reduced-protein whey, cocoa, beeswax, artificial colors (Red #3, Red #40, Blue #1, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, titanium dioxide).
• Rainbow Circle Lollipops: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, mixed fruit flavor, artificial colors (Red #40, Yellow #6, Blue #1), titanium dioxide.
