- Clean stone while warm, scraping off any food residue. Do not immerse stone in water or use cleaning liquids or detergents.

- Wipe any food splatters on interior with soft, damp cloth.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

- BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe
Preheat a grill over high heat, keeping the center burner on medium-low to low heat. Lightly brush a steel grill pizza pan with olive oil.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round and transfer to the prepared pizza pan. Spread the sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border uncovered. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Top with the chicken and onion.
Place the pizza pan in the center of the grill and cover the grill. Bake until the crust is crisp and well browned and the cheese is melted, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer the pizza to a cutting board and top with cilantro leaves. Cut into slices and serve immediately. Makes one 12-inch pizza.

But this machine pumps out fantastic crusts, nicely charred and delicious. We put this machine through a pizza party and it delivered hour after hour. Use a pizza peal and parchment paper and puncture the crust all over. And don't overload with toppings or spread the toppings to the very edge of the crust. This avoids cheese bleeding into the stone and smoking up the house. This delivers comparable to the brick oven style. Make sure you puncture the crust before cooking as mentioned in the instructions, if it bubbles up it can rest against the coils and burn the pizza, especially with thick crust. It cooks fast, the stay warm is great. Since I have bought the bistro color red pizza maker, I have made six pizzas and 32 mini pizzas. You do have to keep a watch and as a reviewer had previously mentioned, you can buy frozen pizzas keep it out for a while and customize those pizzas in the pizza maker. It fits a standard 10 inch sized pizza please do not exceed this size . I just love making pizza from scratch now on and see no need to buy pizza again! The taste is exquisite and fresh. As the care instructions mention you need to scrape any residue after each pizza but that's for your own good. I have used stone cleaner spray with dish washing detergent and allowed it to dry . You won't get any altered taste and it will be clean and hygienic for another pizza day or night! Do not abrade just carefully pay attention to cleaning any electric device. No grill brush is needed just a metallic turner directed at 45 degrees to the stone surface. If you like oil it and then wipe off with a steam cloth to condition it. Cleaning is fast and efficient as the housing does not stain either. Used it a few times a year. A couple months ago, we plug it in ready to make a pizza, but it would not heat. The on light did not turn on. We called Breville customer support after reading online about this problem is quite common. They said they would look into it and call us back. After a couple weeks, we follow up with them since they did not call us back. This time they said they would send us a mailing kit to send it back to them to either replace or repair it. A couple weeks went by, nothing in the mail. Call them again and they said the mailing kit should be coming. Another couple of weeks went by and we call them. This time they say they need approval to either repair or replace it, and we should call them in a couple of weeks...after 2 months, they were still giving us the run around! When we first call them, they admitted the heat problem is a common issue and they know about it. Yet after 2 months, they can't help us with either a repair or a replacement solution! This is really bad customer support service! We will never recommend buying another Breville appliance again no matter how well their products get reviewed. We seldom write reviews, but like to warn consumers of Breville poor customer support. Giving us the run around for months is poor service. We rather they be up front and let us know they will not address a commonly known problem from the start. Don't waste our time and give us the run around! Breville, We will never buy another of your product again!!! We had purchased several Breville appliances in the past and they did not have any issues so we did not need to deal with their customers support. I used to put a stone in the oven and preheat for an hour. The top always cooked before the crust. This machine makes it so simple.
