Its design is based on the two-stage grinding and pressing method long-established in the production of wine and olive oil. The sleek stainless-steel juicer features a powerful motor for fast processing and minimal heat exposure to preserve the all-important enzymes, as well as a press that uses 2.5 tons of pressure. The result is rich, flavorful, long-lasting juice that –thanks to a pass through traditional-style press cloths and bags – contains no pulp. Care

• Feed tube, feed pan, cutter, grid tray, grids, juice tray, press plate, pusher and mounting hub/feed tube O-ring are dishwasher safe.
• Daily cleaning: Remove and wash pusher, feed tube, feed pan, cutter, grid tray, grids and juice tray. Wipe mounting hub O-ring with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Wipe cutter after washing and place on towel until fully dry to prevent corrosion. Allow motor shaft and cutter bore to dry before reassembling. Lubricate shaft with vegetable shortening or food-safe grease if cutter is hard to remove.
• Weekly maintenance: Remove and wash press plate. To prevent tannin buildup, soak food-contact parts (food pusher, feed tube, cutter, grid tray, grids and juice tray) for 1 hour in 3%–6% hydrogen peroxide solution, then rinse in cold water and let dry. Rinse thoroughly so there is no soap residue.
• Recommended cleaning supplies: Lemon juice (an organic stainless-steel cleaner), sponge/scrub pad for stainless steel, stainless-steel cleaner (to remove tough stains), cleaning brushes for feed tube and juice tray gutters, blue paper shop towels for general wipe down, microfiber towel for general wipe down, and green Scotch-Brite™ or 400-grit sandpaper for motor shaft (always wipe with grain of stainless steel, never with circular motion; use only with pad recommended for stainless steel).

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
