Cambozola-Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Prosciutto
Rich, mild blue Cambozola cheese gives new life to a classic, sweet dates wrapped in salty prosciutto.
- 24 pitted Medjool dates, about 1 lb. (500 g)
- 3 oz. (90 g) Cambozola cheese
- 12 thin slices prosciutto di Parma, halved lengthwise
Preheat a broiler.
Stuff each date with about 1/2 tsp. of the cheese and wrap a strip of prosciutto around each one. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
Broil until the prosciutto is crispy and the cheese is bubbling, about 5 minutes. Transfer the dates to a serving platter and serve hot. Serves 8 to 12.
