For moist, succulent turkey, professional chefs and home cooks alike rely on the old-fashioned technique of brining. Brining helps keep the meat juicy without giving it a salty taste. Our signature blend includes coarse sea salt, dried apples, juniper berries, lemon peel, Spanish rosemary and other herbs, plus large black tellicherry peppercorns. Combined with water, the mix draws moisture and flavor into the meat, keeping it tender and succulent as it cooks. It particularly complements poultry and pork.
- 1 lb. 2.2 oz. (brines up to 20 lb. poultry or meat).
- Made in USA with American and imported ingredients.
- Sea salt, apples, juniper berries, lemon peel, star anise, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, onion, bay leaf.
- This product is prepared and packaged on machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, fish, shellfish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bernman from Great Brine Was so impressed with the Autumn Fruit & Spice Brine. Turkey was so flavorful and breast meat was so juicy. Always brine my birds and will used this one again! Everyone loved it. Can’t go wrong with this. Key is to let bird rest for as long as you cook it. I know it sounds odd but that makes for the best tasting turkey hands down.Date published: 2019-11-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Drava from Best juiciest turkey ever with this brine Every year I buy the two pack of this brine. It has transformed our usual dry turkey (needing plenty of gravy) into the juiciest best flavored turkey ever. I was afraid to make a turkey before I discovered this brine. I let mine brine about 30 hours. For those who left reviews saying it was too salty, you must follow the directions on the brine container. It is very simple but you have to rinse the turkey after you remove it from the brine as the directions state so it is not too salty and it will be perfect!! No one wants to use gravy anymore. Great flavor and very moist/juicy. I also use this brine if I want to make turkey breast for dinner during the year. Easy and amazing!!Date published: 2019-11-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Sophisticated Red Neck from Buy 2 while they’re in season We’ve all had mammas dry turkey at least once. Even if you have trouble cooking a bird try this and will will take your meal to a whole new level. Flavorful and juicy. My only regret is that I didn’t buy more than one. I also use the brines for smoked chickens.Date published: 2019-09-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Omar from No other way This is by far the best way to cook a turkey. It was delicious that we ended up making shawarma sandwiches with the leftovers the next day. I seriously can’t wait for the next thanksgiving dinner now.Date published: 2019-02-09Rated 5 out of 5 by SteveP from It’s not Thanksgiving without it ! This past year was my 15th year of using the Autumn Fruit and Spice Turkey Brine for my Thanksgiving turkey. The years of dry, bland tasting turkey have been long gone. Brining the turkey prior to cooking makes for a moist, delicious bird that people can’t get enough of. This Brine is by far the best that I’ve ever used and has become the ONLY brine I trust for my Thanksgiving dinner. Even my family members who were former turkey haters have been converted to turkey lovers. So much so that this year I cooked a second turkey that was used just for leftovers to be sure everyone had plenty of Turkey to take home with them. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Give it a try, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! It’s also available on the Williams Sonoma website now so you can shop from home without having to make a separate trip to the mall ! It saves a ton of time during the Thanksgiving rush!Date published: 2019-01-08Rated 5 out of 5 by brookeoneill from Succulent, Savory and SUPER easy to use! My mom has used this to flavor to turkeys for the past 6 years, and my younger brother and I have LOVED turkey since then. We were never huge turkey fans because they came out dry and flavorless. Ever since mom started using this brine, the turkey always comes out full of flavor and moist. Her trick is to put the whole turkey in the crockpot and let it slow cook overnight. She claims to "use it incorrectly", as she coats the turkey in it and adds water and that is that for the turkey, but I seriously cannot tell you how amazing it turns out! The aroma fills the house with the most comforting scent. It is truly something we look forward to. This turkey brine is will be one of the best culinary purchases you can make. Fill your bellies and hearts this succulent brine. (As a side note if you don't prefer a saltier turkey, use less brine as it tends to be on the saltier side.)Date published: 2018-12-22Rated 5 out of 5 by Pauline61 from Perfect combination For 15 years on a row we’ve been using this unique seasoning that makes the best turkey flavor, nothing can match this product to give such a delicious taste.Date published: 2018-12-17Rated 1 out of 5 by AnnieOakley from Awful Undoubtably the worst smell & taste ever. I hope I can get the smell out of my fridge. My turkey was ruined.Date published: 2018-11-25
After using the brine and drying the turkey, do you salt the turkey at all before placing in the oven? Hi SueP, A brine is a basic solution of water and salt so you would not need to salt the turkey again before cooking it.Date published: 2019-11-27
