For moist, succulent turkey, professional chefs and home cooks alike rely on the old-fashioned technique of brining. Brining helps keep the meat juicy without giving it a salty taste. Our signature blend includes coarse sea salt, dried apples, juniper berries, lemon peel, Spanish rosemary and other herbs, plus large black tellicherry peppercorns. Combined with water, the mix draws moisture and flavor into the meat, keeping it tender and succulent as it cooks. It particularly complements poultry and pork.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

This past year was my 15th year of using the Autumn Fruit and Spice Turkey Brine for my Thanksgiving turkey. The years of dry, bland tasting turkey have been long gone. Brining the turkey prior to cooking makes for a moist, delicious bird that people can’t get enough of. This Brine is by far the best that I’ve ever used and has become the ONLY brine I trust for my Thanksgiving dinner. Even my family members who were former turkey haters have been converted to turkey lovers. So much so that this year I cooked a second turkey that was used just for leftovers to be sure everyone had plenty of Turkey to take home with them. I HIGHLY recommend this product. My mom has used this to flavor to turkeys for the past 6 years, and my younger brother and I have LOVED turkey since then. We were never huge turkey fans because they came out dry and flavorless. Ever since mom started using this brine, the turkey always comes out full of flavor and moist. Her trick is to put the whole turkey in the crockpot and let it slow cook overnight. She claims to "use it incorrectly", as she coats the turkey in it and adds water and that is that for the turkey, but I seriously cannot tell you how amazing it turns out! The aroma fills the house with the most comforting scent. It is truly something we look forward to. This turkey brine is will be one of the best culinary purchases you can make. So, I want to be sure I read the directions correctly. I ended up using 2 gallons of water all together. Is that what others have done. It was actually 2 gallons + 2 cups and I didn’t do it the apple cider way. I boiled it in one gallon first. Hi KellyBee, If you did not use the apple cider vinegar, total water used should have been 2.5 gallons. I almost feel silly for asking, but should I buy a certain kind of brining bag to use with this? It would be nice if the website would show the instructions as to how to properly use this brine.
