In Italian kitchens, Sunday is filled with the savory aroma of braised meats simmering on the stovetop. As a tribute to Italian home cooks, we've created our own sauce for chicken piccata by slowly simmering lemons, shallots, chicken stock and Chardonnay. Simply heat and serve over breaded chicken.
