Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

This warranty does not cover staining, discoloration or scratching of the nonstick interior or the aluminum, porcelain enamel or stainless-steel exterior. If, upon inspection, Williams-Sonoma determines that a product is defective, Williams-Sonoma will repair or replace the product, at Williams-Sonoma’s option, without charge to the customer, including the cost of return shipment. Repairs not covered by this warranty will be performed at Williams-Sonoma’s standard rates for parts and labor and will be shipped at customer expense.

Spice Rubbed Bone in Ribeye Recipe

Season both sides of the steaks with the spice rub, patting the rub onto the steak so that it adheres. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat a large cast-iron fry pan over a campfire, hot grill, or stove set to medium-high heat until it is very hot, about 3 minutes. Add the steaks to the pan and cook, turning once, until well seared and cooked to medium-rare, 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

When the steaks are about halfway done, add the peppers to the pan with the steak. Sear, turning them occasionally, until slightly charred, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the steaks to a carving board and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer the peppers to a platter. Cut the steak into strips and arrange on the platter with the peppers. Serve immediately. Serves 4.

Now, they are useless for things like eggs, even with butter or oil. They are difficult to clean. It was really disappointing that they went from being a favorite to being a problem so quickly. Especially since they were a gift.

Last night, I cooked some burgers and literally, the entire surface of the patties stuck to the pan. Did the same thing with stain less steel pan, did not stick one bit. I threw the pan out because it is useless. I think you are supposed to only use it under certain temperature (not supposed to get it too hot) and could be that we got it too hot couple times. Otherwise, we were very careful about not using metal utensils / not scratching the surface during the cleaning. I would not recommend anyone buying it.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Wish I had returned these. First of all, they don't work very well on my induction stove. I suspect that's because there is not enough steel in the base. DO NOT BUY THEM for use on an induction cooktop. I have to turn the burner up higher for these pans than for any of my good pans (All-Clad). Secondly, as others have pointed out, the edges chip easily. Their nonstick ceramic coating does work. I cook eggs without using any oil.

Always hand washed and meticulously cared for, they gradually lost their non stick. Also seemed to cook unevenly on a high end range. Big time disappointment.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pans Have used both pans for over two months and they don’t disappoint. Very little oil is needed if any. The ceramic surface allows you to brown the food you want unlike other brands with ceramic surfaces that claim you can brown food without burning it. The pans are made in France an can be used on induction, electric or gas surfaces. The pans clean easily with a wipe and soap and water. After using these pans I got rid of the others! WS does it again with high quality products that don’t disappoint.

AND made from Scanpan I use these all the time, and we've had some of your more traditional non-stick cookware before but with the kids in the house they tend to be rough with our products and I am so happy with how these are aging! OH and the heat distribution is SUPER! I have a ceramic cook top and the heating can be iffy but these pans have been fabulous! HIGHLY recommend!
