- 4 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 Cups mix
Preheat griddle to 350˚F. Beat eggs and milk together. Add soft butter, whisk. Combine with mix. Stir well until blended. If too thick, add 1 tsp. milk until desired consistency is reached. Ladle about 1/3 cup of batter onto heated griddle. Cook to desired doneness.
