Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Not good As the other reviewer wrote, this is nothing like béarnaise. It tastes like a strong (read: harsh) aioli. It might be decent with fries or asparagus or something, but it is absolutely terrible with beef. I actually mixed equal parts butter with the beernaise to try to save it. It still wasn't good.Date published: 2019-06-17Rated 1 out of 5 by ChezMom from Harsh and acidic, total disappointment "Beernaise" sounds like it should be a bearnaise flavored with beer instead of wine, soft and creamy and lovely on steak. But this horrible concoction tastes like plain Dijon mustard mixed with strong vinegar and extra salt. If you mix a small amount into a lot of mayonnaise it is usable, but barely.Date published: 2019-04-20
