For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

Gas burner is very ideal for using this product! un-boxing, a quick wipe down of the inside and set-up took less than 5min. wood burning feature is a learning curve and you have to consitantly keep and eye on the wood level.(like all other ovens) this oven burns hot and quick so alittle more work involed with wood feature.but the taste is very nice with the type of wood you select. gas burner turned out 13 pizzas! in around half hours all great! If you looking for a really awsome and quick to use pizza oven this is really worth the investment!

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not ideal for burning wood I got this primary because of the option to use wood. In practice using it with wood is non-trivial, The Weber wood chips I tried to use on it, burned rather fast but were not able to heat the oven enough. After some research I saw that you need to find darker woods that burn hooter, however they are usually hard to find in chip format, and might require you to chop them to a size small enough to fit into the small port of the oven. In my case at least there was also a big temperature difference from the front and back of the oven. Not sure how things would change with the gas burner, but I'm not impressed with the product and would not recommend for anyone else looking for a wood pizza oven, if you were like me looking for one, do more research and find a better option (there are some suggestions online for them)

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing This is the most amazing pizza oven!! After the initial pre heating the recover time is quick. We cooked 20 pizzas in a row and actually had to turn down the heat, so recovery time in non-existent. This has seriously changed our life. We've been trying to make Neapolitan style pizza for over 10 years and this is the final piece of the puzzle!! The pizzas cook in 1 1/2 to 2 minutes and have the most beautiful crust!!

We have had a pizza party for 20 people and everyone enjoyed their own individually made pizza in less than an hour. The pizza crust is incredible, the steaks are amazing. Roasted vegetables are a breeze and the deserts Rocc. Nothing but positives on every aspect of this product. The high heat means the oven stays perfectly clean. Before each use is just remove a little black char other than that the oven looks brand new. The silicone cover is a great safety feature. The only addition I might make to the product would be side handles which would make carrying it easier.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from fast and easy to make delicious pies with TheCrust I have used this almost every week and it is easy to heat up with propane. I had been using wood - a different burner which is included - it was much slower. Feeding small pieces of hardwood into the hopper. It took 2 to 3 fills of burner to get to temperature, although this test had been when the outside temp was about 55-65F. And your wood has to be small and it has to be cut to a convenient size to keep loading through the hopper. I haven't found it to add to the flavor but I do like the option. The results in the Roccbox are best I have experienced and it is fast to get going using propane. By the time I get the dough rolled out and the ingredients assembled, have a drink, it's ready! The gauge for the heat is somewhat questionable. I'm not sure it's all that accurate or where it is in the oven to measure the temp. I've found it to be influenced by outside temps and would have liked a door to keep the heat in. And the opening is a little narrow. Watch it closely, rotating as needed and turn down the heat if it gets to about 320 C, about 20 min on propane. It seems very efficient.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roccbox Rocks! I have a large pizza oven at home and wanted one for my mountain house. I coveted the Kalamazoo Pizza Oven. I have followed Roccbox since it was on Indiegogo and decided to give it a chance after Serious Eats selected it as best portable pizza oven. It is fantastic. Heats up to 900 degrees in 20 minutes whereas my large pizza oven takes almost 2 hours. 60 - 90 second pizzas. Unbievable steaks, pork chops, roasted veggies, etc. so don’t forget to buy a cast iron grill pan.

  • Does this oven need to sit on a table or can u get a stand for it?

    Hi Dora, This oven must be placed on a secure level base prior to use. It has foldaway stainless-steel legs. There is not a stand for it.

    Does this use a bbq tank or a green fuel can (like you would use with a camp stove or lantern.) Can it be converted to natural gas?

    Hi sd12345, This pizza oven has attachments for both gas and wood. The gas attachment is to be used with Propane LPG only, not natural gas. Minimum Propane LPG cylinder capacity for use with this appliance is 4kg / 9 lb. Maximum cylinder capacity is 9 kg / 20 lb.

    Hi chambeau, The Roccbox Pizza Oven is for outdoor use only and the wood used is a kindling wood. The wood and propane can be found at hardware or camping stores.
