Rated 1 out of 5 by MSFarmInOhio from Watery and flavorless I had high expectations. I love Tyme and Fontina, and I thought this would make a lovely side to have on hand. It was prepared exactly according to directions. It turned into a watery mess. There was very little flavor whatsoever. Very disappointing.Date published: 2019-11-27Rated 5 out of 5 by CocoLovesToCook from Company Perfect, Easy & Delicious Gratin Potatoes! This is a delicious side to keep on hand in freezer for company. I don't thaw before baking. I transfer the frozen side to an attractive oven-safe serving dish so it can go right from hot oven onto dinner table. Guests rave about this dish and have requested it on occasion. The balance of yummy flavors, perfect potato texture, and lovely presentation make this side a standout. Best of all, it is not too cheesy - this is a refined gratin that can accompany the finest entrees.Date published: 2019-11-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Calmbreeze from Very good. I have bought these for the last three years. I cook them about 18 minutes longer than the directions call for and they come out perfect every time. I am ordering them again for this year. They are very good.Date published: 2018-12-05Rated 1 out of 5 by Tracy from Awful! Not a good product. Expensive and absolutely not worth it. Won't even be making the second package. Very greasy, cooks uneven and simply not good to eat. Extremely disappointing and even more surprising that Williams-Sonoma sells it. I wish I'd made it myself from scratch but wanted to save a little time.Date published: 2018-11-27Rated 2 out of 5 by Loretta from Not that good I think it needs to be cooked longer than recommended. I followed the directions and the potatoes were still hard. Pretty greasy too.Date published: 2018-11-22
