For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Rated 1 out of 5 by deez from Disappointment I bought this from Williams Sonoma online and it was delivered 12-18-2017. I used it only a few times and now it won't work, started to glitch 1-5-2018. I get E1 error code that indicates that the vacuum seal on the lid isn't good enough to vacuum seal my food. Before buying I did my homework and read the reviews and saw that this was one of the common glitches in the Polyscience 300 but didn't think it would happen to me. In spite of its size, weight, etc. I really like the machine, when it works it's GREAT but when it's glitching it's very frustrating. That being said, I'm trying to get it exchanged through the local Williams Sonoma store not refunded and hopefully won't have to pack and send it back and wait for another machine. I was wavering between the Vacmaster and this and finally decided on this one. I use it all the time - works like a champ and even though others have complained about its size, it's about the same size or smaller of other similar units. Plus, I like the way it looks so actually leave it on my counter. I also appreciate the oil-less piston. A buddy of mine got the Vacmaster and had to already replace the oil after 3 months. Still trying to find a place to store it as it's way too heavy to lift. The bags that come with it are a tad too wide, so be careful to get wrinkles out before sealing. Sealing liquids in a bag is tricky and takes some practice, but cleaning up the mess from it is easy. It's loud, as well. There's definitely a learning curve to find the right vacuum settings for each item to be sealed. I searched and compared chamber vacuum sealers for quite a while before settling on this one. This unit is a chamber vacuum, which sucks the air out of the chamber, then seals the bag, then returns the chamber to pressure. It's a stronger vacuum, and there's no risk of losing marinade or liquid. You can even (and I have tried) vacuum seal a bag of water with no air in it. Try that with a regular sealer! As for my decision to choose this machine over others, it's very easy to use. It's simple and intuitive to change the settings before each seal, rather than watching a gauge and a timer. Play with it a few times when you first get it, then you'll see how easy it is to use. Also, it's a little more refined looking, so if you need or want to leave it out in your kitchen, you can - without looking like it belongs in the garage.Date published: 2016-02-16Rated 5 out of 5 by GalleriaGuy from Great machine I really like the preprogrammed buttons - one is maximum seal, the second is medium and the third is for infusions and marinades (doesn't seal, just cycles through vacuum and release). Not sure why there aren't as many reviews for this machine as there are for the VacMaster, maybe the slightly higher price point... I opted for this machine over the VacMaster because of the preprogrammed settings and the slightly lower weight. I use it much more often than I expected - both for sous vide (I have the Polyscience Chef Series circulating stick) and sealing cheese, etc. for refrigeration.Date published: 2015-10-11
